Since the new Federal W4 form was released, we have had to edit what goes in Sage under dependents instead of a dollar amount it being an actual number of dependents. Meaning if they claim $2,000 for dependents we put a 1 and so on. I just recently had someone add a dollar amount in box 4(a), I am wondering if I need to treat this the same way? Or will that justify the actual dollar amount of $2,800?
