MyAssistant Customer Statements

We have multiple AR customer ID's with the same owner and the same email address to send statements. When I run the MyAssistant task, it only emails the customer the first statement and skips all other statements that have that same email address. Does anyone know what setting I have to change to send to email addresses even if it has already sent a statement to that email address? Ideally, the customers want one attachment per email and not one PDF with multiple statements.
