Check Stub Improvements

There are several important improvements and changes to check stubs that you should be aware of and prepare for

  1. Single version of check stub, similar to the current Advice Notice.

  2. Company address will print under the company name.

  3. 401(k) contributions will be split between pre and post-tax amounts.

  4. A single, combined PDF of all check stubs will not be generated. Employees can use the employee portal to view their stubs. Free online tools are available to combine PDFs if needed.
